QPC sells European and Asia Pacific IEX TotalView workforce management practices to NICE.
QPC has completed an agreement to sell its European and Asia pacific IEX TotalView workforce management practices to NICE. QPC's IEX TotalView practice in Europe recently became a separate business unit called Workforce Dynamics.

QPC will now be able to further focus on, and invest in, its own technology and services to accelerate their development. Many existing customers and partners have already benefitted from these solutions that include:
  • Consulting
  • Operational training including, WFM 123
  • QPC Integration Layer (QIL)
  • CTIA Management Information System
  • CTIA Management Information Gateway
  • QPC Séntrel Learning and Skills Management
  • QPC Barista - Business Intelligence
  • QPC Desktop Connect
  • QPC Elitium
QPC will also continue to have strong links with the workforce management practice team within NICE, as well as IEX, working in partnership with them on complementary technologies and services.

Talking about the future of QPC and its relationship to both NICE and IEX Phil Smith, founder of QPC, said “Over the past 5 years we have developed some great new software solutions in response to customer demand.
