Prerequesites Knowledge of ACD Call Centre operation and terminology and familiarity with personal computer systems
Target Audience End users who are responsible for the configuration and administration of the VU-ACD/100 system.
Course size QPC specialises in small, personalised hands-on training. We therefore require a maximum class size of 4, for greater effectiveness.

Cancellation Confirmed bookings may be postponed or cancelled up to 10 working days prior to the course. Postponements or cancellations between 10-5 working days prior to the confirmed date are subject to a 10% charge, based on the course fee only. Postponements or cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the confirmed date will receive no refund, or if not already paid, will be invoiced for the course fee amount. In the event that QPC must cancel a course for any reason, QPC will be responsible for refunding course fees already paid by the customer.
