VU-ACD Hosted
QPC provides ACD/MIS functionality to contact centres via a Hosted Service on a monthly fee basis. The VU-ACD/100™ Management Information System provides real-time ACD monitoring and comprehensive historical reporting for Telstra’s Spectrum platform.
A single VU-ACD/100 Management Information System Host provides ACD/MIS services to multiple tenants. Each tenant views only the call activity associated with its assigned ACD group(s). Reports can be sent to printers and fax modems for which the tenant has been granted access. Call event data for all tenants is stored in a common database with access restricted by the permissions granted to each tenant.

This facility is available to small and medium sized contact centres based on their hourly call load and number of agent positions.
VU-ACD/100 Hosted Service facility can be offered to contact centres with further consideration being given to their half hourly call load.
