Knowledge of ACD Call Centre operation and terminology and familiarity
with personal computer systems

End users who participate in the day to day running of the Call Centre
(eg. Call Centre Supervisors, Team Leaders).

QPC specialises in small, personalised hands-on training. We
therefore require a maximum class size of 4, for greater effectiveness.

The VU-ACD/100 Introductory User Training Course is designed to provide participants with hands-on training of the system functionality.

- Report Descriptions
- Basic Report Generation

- Load Management – Agent Positions

Location
|
Courses are generally held on site at the customer’s premises, preferably in
a location not subject to noise and interruption.

Cancellation
|
Confirmed bookings may be postponed or cancelled up to 10 working days
prior to the course. Postponements or cancellations between 10-5 working days prior to the confirmed date are subject to a 10% charge, based on the course fee only. Postponements or cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the confirmed date will receive no refund, or if not already paid, will be invoiced for the course fee amount. In the event that QPC must cancel a course for any reason, QPC will be responsible for refunding course fees already paid by the customer.
