System User Training Course
Course length 1 Day (9am - 4pm)
Prerequesites Familiarity with Windows operating environment
Target Audience This course is designed for the general day to day users of the system
Course size QPC specialises in small, personalised hands-on training. We therefore require a maximum class size of 4, for greater effectiveness.

The aim of the System User Training Course is to give a clear understanding of system operation and use to maximise the benefits the system has to offer your business.

The System User Training Course covers the following topics:
  • Introduction
  • etalk Qfiniti System Overview System navigation, log in/ log off, customised data views
  • System Administration Overview database set-up including teams, members, user roles, classifications. Evaluation form design including answer type templates, questions & performance areas; and monitoring triggers.
  • Search & Playback how to search and find recordings for playback including all playback options
  • Perform Evaluations completing an evaluation form and performing live monitoring
  • Reports viewing/printing/exporting/scheduling all report types
Location Courses are generally held on site at the customers premises, preferably in a location not subject to noise and interruption.

Cancellation Confirmed bookings may be postponed or cancelled up to 10 working days prior to the course. Postponements or cancellations between 10-5 working days prior to the confirmed date are subject to a 10% charge, based on the course fee only. Postponements or cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the confirmed date will receive no refund, or if not already paid, will be invoiced for the course fee amount. In the event that QPC must cancel a course for any reason, QPC will be responsible for refunding course fees already paid by the customer.
