Survey confirms better service for QPC customers for the 5th year running QPC today announced that its scores for customer satisfaction have risen for the 5th year running. The annual survey, that has been carried out since 2004, measures customers' satisfaction within 10 key areas including help desk response time, installation and the quality of training.
