System Administration Training Course
Course length 2 Days (9am - 4pm)
Prerequesites Familiarity with Windows operating environment
Target Audience This course is designed for users of the system responsible for the database design and set-up and on-going system administration
Course size QPC specialises in small, personalised hands-on training. We therefore require a maximum class size of 4, for greater effectiveness.

The aim of the System Administration Training Course is to give a clear understanding of system operation and configuration, to maximise the benefits the system has to offer your business.

The System Administrator Training Course covers the following topics:
  • Introduction
  • etalk Qfiniti System Overview system navigation, log in/log off, administration functions
  • Database Creation & Maintenance define teams, members, user roles, classifications
  • Scheduling Monitoring sessions create recording plans including plans using monitoring triggers
  • Designing Evaluation Forms creating answer type templates, questions & performance areas
  • Perform Evaluations overview and understanding of how to complete an evaluation form
  • Search & Playback overview and understanding of search & playback options
  • Reports create report filters viewing/printing/scheduling exporting reports
Location Courses are generally held on site at the customer's premises, preferably in a location not subject to noise and interruption.

Cancellation Confirmed bookings may be postponed or cancelled up to 10 working days prior to the course. Postponements or cancellations between 10-5 working days prior to the confirmed date are subject to a 10% charge, based on the course fee only. Postponements or cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the confirmed date will receive no refund, or if not already paid, will be invoiced for the course fee amount. In the event that Callscan Australia must cancel a course for any reason, Callscan Australia will be responsible for refunding course fees already paid by the customer.
