Phil Smith

Chief Executive Officer

The founder and CEO of QPC Group. An experienced CEO, Non-Exec and Entrepreneur with over twenty years’ experience in creating and building effective management teams and successful companies. Proven track record in sales, marketing, service delivery & customer relationship management. Key strengths, include, strong interpersonal skills; developing and implementing strategy; driving change and building high performing teams.

Gary Dawson

Group Managing Director

Gary has over 35 years’ experience of working in both the Communications and IT technology sectors, holding senior international management roles in such companies as Racal, Plessey, GEC, Marconi and Qinetiq.
He was a non-executive director of QPC from 2006-2008 and appointed Group Managing Director in 2008.

Scott Chambers

Managing Director (APAC)

QPC Australia’s Managing Director Scott Chambers has worked with many global companies to improve their customer service operations. His strength and expertise is built on both business and technical experience gained building enduring partnerships with companies across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Scott’s expertise lies in Account and Channel Management, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Call Centres, Operations and Leadership. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours (First Class) in Mathematics. He is also an elected and authorised Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.

Meriel Rees-Pullman

Chief Financial Officer

Meriel brings 20 years of International Finance experience to QPC. She joined the company in 2012 as CFO. Previous finance leadership roles she has held have been in a variety of public and private software companies. Most recently Meriel served as FD EMEA for Aspentech and prior to that held EMEA and International roles as Finance Director for Information Builders, Onyx Software, Tivoli and Software Artistry.
Meriel holds a BSc(Econ) in Economics and Marketing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA).

Craig Slater


Craig has more than 25 years experience of commercial, operational and group management roles in manufacturing, construction, software and marketing groups. This experience is combined with strong finance and planning skills gained initially with Arthur Andersen and the completion of many corporate transactions including two IPOs, one delisting, a demerger and numerous acquisitions and disposals.
