Gary has over 35 years’ experience of working in both the Communications and IT technology sectors, holding senior international management roles in such companies as Racal, Plessey, GEC, Marconi and Qinetiq.
He was a non-executive director of QPC from 2006-2008 and appointed Group Managing Director in 2008.
Meriel brings 20 years of International Finance experience to QPC. She joined the company in 2012 as CFO. Previous finance leadership roles she has held have been in a variety of public and private software companies. Most recently Meriel served as FD EMEA for Aspentech and prior to that held EMEA and International roles as Finance Director for Information Builders, Onyx Software, Tivoli and Software Artistry.
Meriel holds a BSc(Econ) in Economics and Marketing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA).
QPC Australia’s Managing Director Scott Chambers has worked with many global companies to improve their customer service operations. His strength and expertise is built on both business and technical experience gained building enduring partnerships with companies across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Scott’s expertise lies in Account and Channel Management, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Call Centres, Operations and Leadership. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours (First Class) in Mathematics. He is also an elected and authorised Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.
A visionary sales leader, offering over 20 years of experience including 10 years on a regional MEA level working for the world’s leading system integrator, with successful track record in building & growing sales organizations, with consistent record of delivering extraordinary results in growth, revenue, operational performance and profitability. Khaled holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and speaks English & Arabic.
With more than 20 years in the contact centre industry, QPC’s Customer Support Director John Callegari offers expertise across our entire range of services. John has played an active role in many new contact centre start-ups, restructures, relocations and system implementations. His skills and knowledge cover Management Information, KPI Frameworks, Performance Management, Business Management, Project Management, Data Analysis & Reporting, Quality Management, Resource Planning, and Voice Services including IP Telephony.
QPC’s Research and Development Director Pat Hill has over 25 years experience in the design, development and support of a variety of software product types using a range of software and hardware platforms, development paradigms and programming languages. Having previously worked for ICL and Kalamazoo Computer Group, Pat has worked in contact centre software development since joining Callscan Ltd in 1995. He is responsible for the technical aspects of QPC’s software development strategy as well as managing QPC’s software development and support teams. He holds a PhD in Computing, a MSc in Advanced Software Technology and a BSc(Hons) in Information Technology. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the British Computer Society, a Chartered IT Practitioner and a Member of the IEEE Computer Society.
