Perceived expectations or conceived expectations?

Perceived expectations or conceived expectations - HP Explore.jpgPerception is reality. That’s a common belief and one I tend to agree with. For instance, I’m a baseball fan. My perception of baseball is that it is a cerebral sport, pitting strategy against strategy and a tremendous demonstration of skill. My wife, on the other hand, thinks baseball is a 3-hour snooze fest. Her perception of baseball, and therefore her reality, differs from mine (I’m working on that). These difference in realities also mean we have different expectations when it comes to the great game.
