PureCloud Wins Frost & Sullivan’s North American Cloud Contact Center Visionary Innovation Leadership Award

Frost & Sullivan selected Interactive for the award based on the visionary innovation and performance of its latest cloud solution, PureCloud.

This award is given to a single vendor based on how it performs against key competitors in the following areas: company culture, vision alignment, technological sophistication, a focus on unmet needs, growth performance, and growth pipeline.
